Notice: University Printing and Mailing will be moving to a 'By Appointment Only' model beginning the last week of April, 2024.

  • Due to staffing, all jobs will need to be submitted through the online ordering system beginning the last week in April, 2024. If you need to see a staff member about your job before submission, an appointment will need to be requested by emailing
  • Jobs not charged to a university account will need to be paid via credit card (online payment system coming soon) or you may send in a check/cash via mail or campus mail. After your job has been submitted, if you are paying by cash/check or credit card, an email will be sent to you with your total. You may then submit payment online or via mail/campus mail. Once payment is received and processed, you will receive another email stating that your job is ready to be picked up. Jobs will be left on a shelving unit outside the interior entry to UPMC. For larger items, other arrangements for pickup will be made with you via email or phone. Your job may also be shipped to you. Please note in the special comments on the order form if you would like to have your job shipped, so that shipping charges can be added to your total for payment.
  • A spot for dropping off campus or outgoing USPS mail will also be located near the interior entry to UPMC. This box will be checked at least twice daily before the USPS picks up mail at the end of the work day. All outgoing mail should be dropped off by 3:30p.m.
  • UPMC will continue to ship to the WIU-QC campus via UPS on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. The deadline for each shipment is 11 a.m. Items received after 11 a.m. will be included in the next scheduled shipment.
